I wrote my first story at age 8 and have been hooked ever since. By day, I work in communications. Once I get home, I chase my two little boys around and steal the hours after they go to bed to write.

I call beautiful Portland, Oregon home and love spending time with my family. I bake way too many cookies and cupcakes. And, I spend my summers camping, which is where I took the photo above. Did you know that a two-year-old can throw rocks in the river for literally hours? Yep. That’s when boredom leads to “camping art.”
